Advanced Systems Engineer CMOSS Mounted Form Factor (CMFF)
About the role
Join our dynamic CMOSS Mounted Form Factor (CMFF) team as a Systems Engineer and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge integrated systems solutions. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will contribute across all aspects of system integration — from hardware to software — helping bring complex defense systems to life.
Responsibilities
- Integrate advanced hardware components — including Single Board Computers (SBCs), FPGAs, and GPUs — into system chassis in accordance with design documentation
- Work alongside engineers across disciplines to support full lifecycle system integration efforts
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
Clearance Requirements
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently isolate, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, or firmware issues
- Test Development: Experience writing and executing detailed test procedures to validate system hardware and software against functional and performance requirements
- Test Automation: Familiarity with automated test scripting
- OpenVPX: Hands-on experience configuring OpenVPX chassis and cards
- Network Analysis: Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark
- Virtualization: Experience with virtual environments including VMware and Linux-based virtual devices
- CMOSS/SOSA: Familiarity with CMOSS and/or SOSA standards is a plus

Pay
Target salary range: USD $105,230.00/Yr. - USD $111,984.00/Yr.
Schedule
This position is fully onsite. While on-site, you will be a part of the Taunton, MA facility.
