Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to reach and exceed VMI business goals.
- Engage with prospects to identify pain points and deliver tailored VMI solutions.
- Collaborate with Tooling Sales and Sales Management to identify and grow customer opportunities.
- Play an active role in onboarding and implementing new VMI and vending programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within each customer organization.
- Ensure superior customer service and account retention.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure service levels meet and exceed expectations.
- Perform other duties as required to support customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside or industrial sales experience with a strong record of account acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Experience in industrial distribution, MRO supply, or supply chain management preferred.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and/or industrial vending experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Colorado or Utah Territory: Western Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Idaho, and Montana
