Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage all facets of ASOTMC course execution.
- Synchronize training schedules, resources, personnel, and facilities to meet mission needs.
- Give classroom instruction, mentor, and guide students as needed.
- Create and maintain training documentation, reports, and course records.
- Collaborate with government personnel and leadership to ensure training objectives are fulfilled.
- Monitor student advancement and assist in evaluation processes.
- Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) and suggest enhancements to training programs.
- Affirm compliance with all safety, risk management, and operational security regulations.
- Support curriculum development and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduated from the NICP Course.
- Graduated from ASOTC (Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course).
- Showed Battalion-Level Management Experience.
- At least 4 years of experience coordinating operations, training events, or mission support activities.
Security Clearance
This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.
