Responsibilities

  • Deliver ASOTC curriculum in accordance with approved training objectives and lesson plans.
  • Conduct classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practical exercises.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and remediation as needed.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, scenarios, and course documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing field training exercises and mission profiles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk management procedures, and operational security requirements.
  • Maintain accountability of training equipment, materials, and facilities.
  • Support after-action reviews (AARs) and training assessments.
  • Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to improve course effectiveness and training outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Former Special Operations Forces (SOF) operator, instructor, or equivalent military experience.
  • Graduate of ASOTC or comparable advanced special operations training program.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational and/or instructional experience in special operations environments.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and conducting tactical training exercises.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in both classroom and field environments
