Advanced Research Associate, Analytical QC

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and automated tests to evaluate products
  • Follow protocols to support development of products
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data
  • Generate and create custom reports to deliver to sponsors
  • Utilize available resources to independently troubleshoot any issues encountered during project execution
  • Ensure proper maintenance and working condition of laboratory equipment
  • Maintain sample inventory and logs for slide tracking
  • Maintain adequate stocks of required reagents and consumables to run assays
  • Participate in teleconference meetings with industry, pharmaceutical, and academic sponsors
  • Provide consistent updates on project status to internal teams
  • Draft and revise standard operating procedures
  • Document results and prepare reports in order to analyze your data
  • Carry out troubleshooting activities daily
  • Propose and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments/labs as needed
  • Follow guidelines and comply with all company safety, quality, and training procedures and regulations
  • Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned

    Education And Experience

    • Requires a master’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience
    • Or, a bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
    • Or, an associate degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience

    Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is required
    • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
    • Must work well both independently and in a team environment
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift 15-20lbs daily
    • May be on computer monitor and keyboard for long periods of time

    Pay

    Pay Range: $49,700.00 - $81,650.00
