Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive patient assessments both pre- and post-infusion therapy.
• Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products safely and effectively.
• Maintain vigilance for patient reactions during treatment and ensure their safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers about the infusion process and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date clinical records.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.

Requirements

• Active ARNP license in Florida.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (NP certification such as FNP, AGNP, Acute Care, etc.) required.
• At least 3 years of experience in infusion therapy or a related healthcare setting.
