We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Slate", "Who We Are Looking For", "What You Get To Do", "What You Bring To The Team", "Salary Range", "WHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?" plus values like benefits, etc. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content accordingly. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statement at end, also "WHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?" maybe we can keep as a section? The allowed headings list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. "WHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?" could be considered "About the role" or maybe "Culture". But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The "WHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?" includes bullet list of values: Safety First, Delight Customers, One Team, Relentless Improvement, Fast, Frugal, and Scrappy, Respectful Collaboration, Positive Legacy. That's specific content, we can include as a section maybe "Culture" but not in allowed list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings where appropriate. We can also add other headings if needed? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: could include description of role, what they do. The "Who We Are Looking For" and "What You Get To Do" and "What You Bring To The Team" could be split into Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: About Slate: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Slate" is company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? Might be better as a separate section but not in list. However we could treat "About the role" as company overview + role summary. The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can have an

About the role

with paragraph summarizing role and company. Then Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You Get To Do". That includes managing vendor tooling program, tracking tooling build status, conducting tool trials, evaluating data, driving corrective action, overseeing tooling asset register, coordinating ECN, supporting capacity verification, partnering with Purchasing and Program Management, guiding less experienced SQEs. We'll put those as
  • . Requirements: maybe "What You Bring To The Team" includes education/experience etc. Could be split into Requirements (education, years experience) and Qualifications (specific skills) and Skills (communication, analytical). But we can combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Pay: we have Salary Range: Base Pay Range (Annual) $123,339.00 - $185,009.00 USD Annual Additional Compensation and Benefits: Slate offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Thus we have Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: not mentioned, so we should not include Schedule section. We also have "WHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?" with values. Could be considered "Culture" but not in list. Could we put under "About the role"? Might be okay to include as a separate section with heading "Culture"? But instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but to be safe we could incorporate those values into "About the role" or maybe "Benefits"? Not exactly benefits. Could be "About the role" includes company culture. Thus we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to decide what goes where. Let's parse "What You Bring To The Team": - Engineering Degree or equiv. or previous working level experience. - 8+ years of experience in supplier tooling, tool engineering, or supplier quality with significant hands-on exposure to mold, die, and fixture design, construction, and runoff in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment. - Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills, with the ability to hold tooling vendors accountable while maintaining productive working partnerships. - Deep experience across tooling types for varied commodity groups including stampings, castings, extrusions, and structural components. - Ability to identify tooling root causes for dimensional, cosmetic, or process capability issues and drive timely corrective action through structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa). - Strong understanding of tooling program metrics including tool trial status, T1/T2/T3 build milestones, first article acceptance rates, and capacity verification results. - Proficient in reading and interpreting GD&T, tool drawings, and die/mold design prints; experience working with CMM data, dimensional reports, and capability studies (Cpk, Ppk, Gauge R&R). - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. - High level of integrity, with the ability to communicate tooling risk clearly and escalate issues to program leadership without delay. - Ability to manage multiple tooling programs simultaneously in a fast-paced launch environment, prioritizing effectively under program pressure. We can split: Requirements: Education degree, 8+ years experience. Qualifications: Deep experience across tooling types, ability to identify root causes, understanding of tooling program metrics, proficiency in GD&T etc. Skills: Communication, supplier relationship, analytical, interpersonal, integrity, ability to manage multiple programs. But we can also combine. We need to avoid duplication. Let's craft:

    About the role

At Slate, we’re building safe, reliable vehicles that people can afford, personalize and love—and doing it here in the USA as part of our commitment to reindustrialization. The spirit of DIY and customization runs throughout every element of a Slate, because people should have control over how their trucks look, feel, and represent them. Slate is looking for an energetic, organized, experienced Senior Supplier Quality Tooling Engineer-Stamping to join our growing team. The Senior Supplier Tooling Engineer will serve as Slate’s primary technical authority on vendor tooling, molds, and dies across the supply base. This role owns tooling compliance, asset tracking, runoff readiness, and launch support — ensuring that supplier tooling is capable, documented, and production-ready at every program milestone. As a senior-level contributor, this individual also provides technical mentorship to SQEs interfacing with tooling-intensive suppliers.

That covers company overview and role summary.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage Slate’s vendor tooling program across all commodity types — including stamped metal, castings, extrusions, and soft trim — from tool award through production runoff and PPAP approval.
    • Track tooling build status and milestone adherence.
    • Conduct tool trials and first article inspections.
    • Evaluate dimensional and process capability data from tool-sourced parts.
    • Drive corrective action on tooling-related non-conformances.
    • Oversee Slate’s tooling asset register.
    • Coordinate Engineering Change implementation at the tool level.
    • Support capacity verification activities.
    • Partner with Purchasing and Program Management to protect tooling budgets and timing.
    • Guide less experienced SQEs on tooling evaluation methods and supplier engagement strategies.

    Requirements

    • Engineering degree or equivalent or previous working‑level experience.
    • 8+ years of experience in supplier tooling, tool engineering, or supplier quality with significant hands‑on exposure to mold, die, and fixture design, construction, and runoff in an automotive or high‑volume manufacturing environment.

    Qualifications

    • Deep experience across tooling types for varied commodity groups including stampings, castings, extrusions, and structural components.
    • Ability to identify tooling root causes for dimensional, cosmetic, or process capability issues and drive timely corrective action through structured problem‑solving methods (8D, 5‑Why, Ishikawa).
    • Strong understanding of tooling program metrics including tool trial status, T1/T2/T3 build milestones, first article acceptance rates, and capacity verification results.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting GD&T, tool drawings, and die/mold design prints; experience working with CMM data, dimensional reports, and capability studies (Cpk, Ppk, Gauge R&R).

    Skills

    • Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills, with the ability to hold tooling vendors accountable while maintaining productive working partnerships.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • High level of integrity, with the ability to communicate tooling risk clearly and escalate issues to program leadership without delay.
    • Ability to manage multiple tooling programs simultaneously in a fast‑paced launch environment, prioritizing effectively under program pressure.

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
    • Eligibility to participate in the equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program (subject to program rules).

    Pay

Base Pay Range (Annual) $123,339.00 - $185,009.00 USD.

We should not include Schedule. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO statement. We removed that. Check for duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience": none. Check for any mention of "WHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?" values: we omitted them. Might be considered substantive but not covered by allowed headings. However we could incorporate them into About the role as a paragraph about culture. Let's add a sentence about Slate's culture: "At Slate, we’re fueled by grit, determination, and attention to detail. The start‑up spirit of ingenuity and resourcefulness move our business forward. Team Slate fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and mutual respect, and is motivated by shared principles: Safety First, Delight Customers, One Team, Relentless Improvement, Fast, Frugal, and Scrappy, Respectful Collaboration, Positive Legacy." That would preserve that content. Add that to About the role paragraph after company description. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer. Let's rewrite About the role:
