About the role

The ideal candidate will lead complex projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. They will manage cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and oversee their implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
  • Drive process improvements and enhance team productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
  • Experience with performance metrics and KPIs

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week
