About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and oversee their implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Drive process improvements and enhance team productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience with AI tools and technologies
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
- Experience with performance metrics and KPIs
