20-24 patients per day
Shared call coverage for phone consults only

Job Requirements
- Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed in the State of Oregon
- Five years primary care experience is required
