We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: Location: Hematology & Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg Hiring Range $92,500.00 - $152,875.00 Paragraph about HOAF growing, seeking NP/PA with interest in oncology. Then "As a member of our multidisciplinary team..." etc. Then "Position Summary Assists physician in the care and teaching of patients." Then "Key Performance Areas" list of duties. Then "Position Qualifications/Requirements" with subparts: Education, Certifications/Licenses, Previous Experience, Core Capabilities (with subcategories), Travel, Standard Core Workdays/Hours. Also "#AONN" maybe a tag. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to produce sections: - About the role: likely the introductory paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: the Key Performance Areas list. - Requirements: maybe Education, Certifications/Licenses, Previous Experience. - Qualifications: maybe Core Capabilities? Or we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those sections if content exists. We need to decide. We have content for: About the role: The first paragraph after location/hiring range: "Hematology Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg (HOAF) is growing, and we are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) with a strong interest in oncology to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional cancer care to our community! Also "Position Summary Assists physician in the care and teaching of patients." Could be part of About the role or separate. Probably include in About the role. Responsibilities: The list under "Key Performance Areas". Many bullet points (sentences). Need to put each as
  • inside
. Requirements: Education, Certifications/Licenses, Previous Experience. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

      About the role

      ... (combined paragraphs)

      • Will be expected to work at any Company location to help meet the Company’s business needs as directed by collaborating physician.
      • Will be expected to work overtime when given sufficient notice of required overtime.
Note there were duplicates: "Provide on-call coverage and performs hospital rounds as needed. Triage patients to determine urgency of physician evaluation.Document and reports care in an accurate, timely manner using appropriate forms and records.Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to remain flexible in the changing health care environment." appears twice. We should deduplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we need to remove duplicated lines. The duplicated lines appear after the first set? Let's examine original: After list: "Provide on-call coverage and performs hospital rounds as needed. Triage patients to determine urgency of physician evaluation. Document and reports care in an accurate, timely manner using appropriate forms and records. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to remain flexible in the changing health care environment. Provide on-call coverage and performs hospital rounds as needed. Triage patients to determine urgency of physician evaluation. Document and reports care in an accurate, timely manner using appropriate forms and records. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to remain flexible in the changing health care environment. Assist staff in times of crisis or emergency...." Thus there is duplication of those four lines. We should keep only one instance. Thus we need to list each unique duty once. Let's compile unique duties from the list, preserving order but removing duplicates. Original list (with line breaks): Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, physical examination, and diagnostic studies. Write prescriptions for: medication, blood products based upon laboratory results, routine diagnostic and follow-up studies, therapeutic measures, and care post-discharge in accordance with written practice protocols. Based on findings, determine eligibility of patients for entry into clinical trials. Interpret and evaluates findings of studies / tests. Relay appropriate information regarding patient care to the collaborating physician. Administer therapeutic measures / obtains specimens as prescribed. Dictate follow-up letters to referring physicians with summaries of treatment, response and plan. Dictate or writes patient history, admissions, progress notes, and discharge notes in a timely manner. Assist in the management of family dynamics and coping mechanisms during acute and chronic phases of patients’ care. Conduct or participate in daily multi-disciplinary rounds for assigned patients to ensure patients are receiving appropriate and quality care. Provide on-call coverage and performs hospital rounds as needed. Triage patients to determine urgency of physician evaluation. Document and reports care in an accurate, timely manner using appropriate forms and records. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to remain flexible in the changing health care environment. Provide on-call coverage and performs hospital rounds as needed. Triage patients to determine urgency of physician evaluation. Document and reports care in an accurate, timely manner using appropriate forms and records. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to remain flexible in the changing health care environment. Assist staff in times of crisis or emergency. Meet with the public outside the institution and efficiently market and promote cancer treatment. Determine work priorities, assign work and insure proper completion of work assignments. Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to patient privacy, patient’s rights, personnel law, safety, labor, and employment law. Adhere to Company and departmental policies and procedures, including IT policies and procedures and Disaster Recovery Plan. Other duties as requested. Will be expected to work at any Company location to help meet the Company’s business needs as directed by collaborating physician. Will be expected to work overtime when given sufficient notice of required overtime. We need to deduplicate the repeated block (lines 12-15 repeated). So we keep first occurrence and remove second. Thus final list: 1 Assess... 2 Write prescriptions... 3 Based on findings... 4 Interpret and evaluates... 5 Relay appropriate information... 6 Administer therapeutic measures... 7 Dictate follow-up letters... 8 Dictate or writes patient history... 9 Assist in the management... 10 Conduct or participate... 11 Provide on-call coverage and performs hospital rounds as needed. 12 Triage patients... 13 Document and reports care... 14 Demonstrate a willingness... 15 Assist staff in times of crisis or emergency. 16 Meet with the public... 17 Determine work priorities... 18 Comply with all federal... 19 Adhere to Company... 20 Other duties as requested. 21 Keep work area... 22 Maintain all company equipment... 23 Maintain and ensure confidentiality... 24 Assist in training new employees... 25 Will be expected to work at any Company location... 26 Will be expected to work overtime... Now we need to format each as
    • . Next, Requirements section: Education, Certifications/Licenses, Previous Experience. We can make a

Certifications/Licenses: "APRN or PA license in appropriate state. Prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply. Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P). Current BLS." Previous Experience: "Minimum 5 years experience as APRN or PA, specifically in Oncology." We could also include "Oncology experience is preferred but not required." but that's more about preference; maybe include in Requirements? It's a preference not requirement. We have categories: Analysis & Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills including solid problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management and organizational skills.
