About the role
The role of Psychiatric Nurse/RN - PACT Team I in Trenton, NJ is to provide psychiatric nursing care to patients within a team-based model.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and monitor patient response
- Conduct therapy sessions and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current New Jersey RN license
- Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
Qualifications
