About the role
This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. As part of that patient care, this position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.

Requirements
- An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board
- Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific)
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with their support primarily being virtual
- Go-getter mentality
- Passion for rural medicine
Qualifications

Full-time position M-F. (No call, No Weekends) Primarily clinic role could be potential for some OR assist in the future. Physician on site for support 4 days per month. You will provide care to wide range of patients in a quickly evolving environment. Supportive group, supportive support staff, and excellent physician partnership. Connections to St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and other Intermountain Health hospitals.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $57.33 - $88.47
