About the Role

CMH Medical Group is seeking a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our established Urology Clinic. Our role provides the opportunity to practice rural medicine and take care of patients who appreciate access to quality urology care. Our opening offers the opportunity to join a group of experienced clinicians who provide urology care to patients in a community clinic setting. We offer a positive work-life alignment where comprehensive quality care is a priority.

Practice Details

  • Collaborative and growing practice focused on person-centered care.
  • Outpatient opportunity with a 4-day work week.
  • Dedicated clinic and administrative time.
  • Autonomy to see both new and established adult patients.
  • Tenured clinic staff including urologists, a physician associate, medical assistants, 2 clinic nurses and surgery scheduler.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
  • Active unrestricted DEA Certificate

Physician Associate Requirements

  • Master’s or baccalaureate degree and completion of an accredited PA program
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate license

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

  • Master’s, post-master’s or doctorate degree in an accredited NP program.
  • Current national NP certification.
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner license.
