About the Role
The Radiation Oncology APP will participate in the clinical management of patients requiring or being considered for radiotherapy, definitive or palliative. This includes treatment evaluation and supportive care as well as ongoing follow-up/survivorship care. Responsibilities
- Participate in the clinical management of patients requiring or being considered for radiotherapy, definitive or palliative.
- Treatment evaluation and supportive care.
- Ongoing follow-up/survivorship care.
- Primary focus on outpatient clinic services, with the potential of providing weekday coverage of inpatient services for hospital rounds.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania. Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty (FNP, Adult NP or Adult Gerontology Primary Care NP acceptable); oncology certification preferred. Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure. At least 1+ years of NP experience is preferred.
- Physician Assistant: Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine. Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program. At least 1+ years of PA experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday – Friday, primarily 8:00 - 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. No on-call.
