About the role

Rush North & Harlem Outpatient Center, part of Rush University System for Health, is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join their growing team. The provider will take over and maintain a panel of patients for all acute, chronic, and health maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Take over and maintain a panel of patients for all acute, chronic, and health maintenance needs.
• Practice alongside 10 primary care physicians and one fellow primary care APP.
• Access to a robust specialty referral network in the building and region.
• Take 36 patient-facing hours and four administrative hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Flexible clinic hours, including a combination of two early or two late clinics per week, and up to two Saturday morning clinics per month.
• Participate in 4 weeks of phone-based call per year.
• Work in a 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility opening in July 2025.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner: Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through IDFPR. Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialty appropriate to position. Current ANCC or AANP certification. CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Physician Assistant: Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through IDFPR. Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program. Current NCCPA certification. CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Pay

$132,000 - $200,000 Total Pay Range for a Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Employee

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible clinic hours and up to two Saturday morning clinics per month.
