Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE ATLANTA, GA OFFICE (Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood)
• Master’s degree from an AMA accredited school for Advanced Practice Providers
• Current, active PA or NP licensure in Georgia is required
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State License
• Active DEA license or eligibly to obtain
• 3+ years clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care practice setting
• Techonological proficiency—comfortable using EMRs and digital health tools to enhance care delivery
