Advanced Practice Provider (PA/FNP) - BILINGUAL

About the role

Responsibilities

• Support operations, with an average of 14-18 patients per day
• Deliver high-quality primary care at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon

Qualifications

• Flynnent bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written), required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field
• Current Oregon License and DEA licensure in good standing
• Able and willing to travel and support other OCH health centers when requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional clinical experience in family or general practice
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records (EMR), preferably Epic
• Experience working in FQHC or look-alike

Compensation

• Salaried/Exempt: $130,000 base salary + RVU bonus program
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy
