About the role
This role turns data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance in a healthcare environment. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution and helping teams focus on the metrics that matter most.
Responsibilities
- Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems through virtual consultations
- Develop and document patient management plans based on findings
- Consider cultural and psychological factors in patient care planning
- Collect and analyze patient health data for effective management
- Collaborate with on-call providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Improve telehealth practices using data to demonstrate success
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing required
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire essential
- Minimum 3 years of acute/primary care clinical experience required
- Multi-state licensure including FL and at least 2 additional states required
- 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred, especially in urgent or geriatric care
- 2 years of telehealth experience preferred
Pay
$111,140 – $158,771 annually
