Location: Princeton, KY Schedule: Pay-Per-Encounter | Fee-for-Service | Flexible Scheduling Employment Type: W-2 Position Overview Telos Health Systems is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider — either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) — to serve as an in-house SNF-ist, providing general medicine care to geriatric residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in the Princeton, KY area.
