Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Hematology/Oncology Location: Newport, Corvallis & Lebanon, OR Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Hematology/Oncology team providing comprehensive patient care across multiple Oregon locations. Schedule Monday-Friday, clinic hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Two days in Newport and two days in Corvallis/Lebanon. Travel between locations required. One 24-hour holiday call shift per year. Responsibilities Assess patients and develop treatment plans. Manage medications, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and educate patients. Requirements Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. National certification as ANP, FNP, GNP, or PA-C. Active Oregon APRN/PA license or eligibility to obtain one. Current DEA registration. EMR experience; oncology experience preferred.
