Responsibilities

• Create an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Perform procedures appropriate to the type of services provided at the standard of care
• Order and prescribe appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
