About the Role

Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking to level up your career in a thriving, supportive environment? Our bustling Skokie and Highland Park clinics are growing!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a well-established group of 2 urologists committed to delivering top-tier, patient-focused care across Skokie and Highland Park.
  • See approximately 25-30 patients per clinic-day, while also focusing on pre-ops, post-ops, and consults—ensuring quality over quantity.
  • Enjoy a reliable Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm workweek that promotes work-life balance and long-term career satisfaction.
  • Benefit from a blended care environment with a primarily outpatient practice complemented by biweekly inpatient rounds, offering variety in your day while ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois.
  • Experience in urology or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Master’s or Doctoral degree in Medicine.
  • Passing scores on relevant national certification exams.
  • Excellent clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
