ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER - NEUROSURGERY
About the Role
Cooper University Health Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse) for our Inpatient Neurosurgical Service at Inspira Neurosciences in Mullica Hill and Vineland, NJ.
The Advanced Practice Provider will manage neurosurgical patients as part of the neurosurgery inpatient service and serve as first assist in the OR. The provider should be comfortable with independently reviewing imaging.
Experience
2 years of experience is preferred — will consider those with neurosurgery, neurology, surgery and/or ICU backgrounds.
Education
Master's Physician Assistant or Acute Nurse Practitioner with RNFA.
License/Certification
- Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse board certification is required.
- New Jersey Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse/Advanced Practice Nurse license is required.
Schedule
Full time, four 10-hour shifts per week.
