About the role

Join the Advanced Urology Institute (AUI)—the 4th largest urology practice in the nation with over 70 physicians, 30+ locations, and a dream team of 650+ pros keeping things running smoothly. Our clinic in Orange City is growing and needs a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to hop aboard in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3 physicians and 4 APPs in a collaborative team environment
• Treat patients primarily in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions
• Document patient encounters and treatments accurately and timely
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in urology or related field
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Passing scores on relevant board exams (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Master's or Doctoral degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Experience with urology-specific procedures and medications
• Knowledge of urology-related laws and regulations
