About the Role
Join the Advanced Urology Institute (AUI), the 4th largest urology practice in the nation, with over 70 physicians, 30+ locations, and a team of 650+ professionals. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinics in Oxford and Ocala, starting in 2026.
- Mixed outpatient-focused model with weekly inpatient rounds
- Deliver outstanding care in a supportive environment, handling follow-ups, new patient consults, pre-ops, and post-op appointments
- Collaborative team environment: work alongside 9 physicians and 4 APPs
- Consistent patient flow: see an average of 20-25 patients per day in a full clinic
- Monday through Friday schedule, with no call or weekends
Pay
A guaranteed annual salary with bonus opportunities based on net professional receipts.
