About the role

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital East.

Responsibilities

• Full-time 1.0 FTE day opportunity, four 10-hour shifts per week, and 2 holidays a year.
• Opportunity to learn and grow as a provider.
• New graduates with inpatient clinical rotations will be considered.
• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC).
• Competitive compensation.

Requirements

One summer holiday and one winter holiday requirement.

Qualifications

• Licensure and certifications consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
