Advanced Practice Provider – Hospital at Home – Part-time

Work Conditions

Work is performed primarily at TGH main campus and at Corporate Center office. Requires travel between TGH facilities and travel to patients' home when necessary.

Shifts

• 4 - 10 hr shifts (Day)
• At least 1 weekend per month
• Rotating remote after hours on-call 1-2x/week (subject to change pending staffing needs)

Qualifications

• Nationally board-certified Acute Care NP or Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP, or a Physician Assistant.
• DEA required or obtained after the orientation period.
• Inpatient Hospital care and Internal Medicine preferred.
• Safe driving record required to operate hospital at home vehicles.
