About the role
Bridge between the hospital and clinic, get patients the appropriate care after hospitalization. Consultative only service, consults and rounding in the hospital, facilitation of patients to the office for follow up. Collaborative Environment – 3 MDs, 2 APPs. Volume – 10 patients a day. EMR: Epic; prior GI experience a huge plus!

Qualifications
Provider must be board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology. Must have completed a Gastroenterology fellowship program. Prior GI experience is a huge plus!

Pay
Salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
