Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiac Electrophysiology, Float

About the role

Community Health Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in Indianapolis at Community Hospital South, Community Hospital East, and Community Hospital North / Community Heart & Vascular Hospital.
• Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP.
• This position will float through all sites and backfill the schedule of whoever is on night call for the week which can include clinic, hospital, or both.

Requirements

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Cardiology.
• Experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology preferred.
