About the role

Cancer Specialists of North Florida is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support its hematology and oncology team in a collaborative private practice setting. In this role, you will focus on sick visits, follow-up care, and benign hematology cases, providing continuity and building strong relationships with patients throughout their care. The position includes inpatient rounding, offering a balanced experience across care settings and the opportunity to support patients during key points in their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the hematology and oncology team in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Provides sick visits, follow-up care, and benign hematology cases
• Built strong relationships with patients throughout their care
• Supports patients during key points in their treatment

Requirements

• Experienced APPs preferred
• New Grads encouraged to apply
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred

Qualifications

• NP-C/PA-C board certifications

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
