Advanced Practice Provider

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health care team to provide comprehensive care for our patients.
• Focus on disease education and management, improving quality of patient care and patient outcomes, expanding access to care, and assisting with care coordination.
• Care for patients by coordinating their care, communicating effectively, and collaborating with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Work on an as needed basis, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to function effectively as a team with other employees.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and confidentiality.
• Competency with electronic medical record system and knowledge using clinical applications.

License and Certifications

• Completed a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Maryland PA License or Maryland NP Certification.

Pay

Min USD $41.90/Hr. Max USD $75.42/Hr.
