About the role
Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at our conveniently located office at 7927 Ritchie Highway. As an independent healthcare provider, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, family-focused care. Your role will include educating patients and families to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health, and intervene in illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and health maintenance
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in alignment with Mercy’s mission and values
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Adult Medicine
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with board certification
- Current State License
- CPR certified
Pay
Hourly pay range: $47.71 – $85.88. Compensation decisions are based on internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
