Advanced Practice Provider
About the role
inFORME healthcare is looking for a dynamic, clinically adept Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our Physician leaders in a post-acute hospital. Your role will be to manage inpatients that have a higher acuity in the Harker Heights TX area. The patient diagnostic complexity involves managing trach/vent/complicated wound and multiple co-morbidities. You must be comfortable managing acute changes in place.
Schedule
This position would involve working a shift schedule of 7 on 7 off (Full Time) or 7-10 shifts per month (Part Time). This will include weekend rotations to manage patients and collaborate with our Hospitalists.
Responsibilities
- Manage inpatients with higher acuity, including trach/vent/complicated wound and multiple co-morbidities
- Manage acute changes in place
- Collaborate with Hospitalists and Physician leaders
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to assist in maintaining optimal momentum of quality metrics, program components, and implementing proprietary protocols to achieve clinical outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner
- Ability to work autonomously
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Texas

Pay
Part Time $55,000 - $70,000 per year / Full Time $110,000-$140,000 per year.
