Advanced Practice Professional - Urgent Care

Responsibilities

• Provides healthcare treatment for patients of all ages in a walk-in facility
• Expectation to float between west region urgent cares (Gettysburg, Hanover)
• Utilizes integrated system-wide electronic health record, on-site Imaging

Schedule

• Open 7 days a week from 8 AM- 8 PM
• 3-13 hour shifts per week; Sunday thru Saturday, rotating weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required; Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
• Work Experience: 1 year Required
• Licenses: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required; Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
• Courses And Training: BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role Upon Hire Required; Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required; Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
