Advanced Practice Nurse - Fully Remote | Up to $110/hr

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Headquartered in San Francisco, investors include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey. This is a contract position for Nurse Practitioners, remote, with a duration of 4–6 weeks and a commitment of 20+ hours per week. Start date is immediate. Compensation is task‑based upon first task approval; after completing the first task within the required timeline, experts are paid hourly for the remainder of the project.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness.
• Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education.
• Provide expert feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), or another closely related advanced practice nursing role.
• Active RN licensure with specialized graduate education in nursing, and experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illness.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Pay

$70–$110 per hour (task‑based payment upon first task approval; hourly pay thereafter after first task completion).
