About the Role
Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa at The Shops of West End in St Louis Park is seeking an exceptional Skin Care Specialist to join our nationally top-ranked and rapidly growing team of estheticians. This is an advanced-level role requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician. Our Estheticians play a key role in ensuring our customers' experience is outstanding, with guests routinely rating their time at our spa as the "best hour" of their month.
We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Our customized targeted treatments include the latest medical-grade advancements in skin care:
- Diamond Glow – diamond-tipped head simultaneously exfoliates, extracts, and infuses a customized serum for immediate results
- LED Skin Phototherapy – promotes healing at the cellular level for anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, and other skin care needs
- NuFace Microcurrent (the 5-minute face lift) – improves results in combination with other targeted treatments
- Advanced medical-grade chemical peels
- Cryoskin – slim, tone, and lift with cool temperature technology
- Nanoneedling
- Dermaplaning

Responsibilities
- Expertly create client treatment plans customized for each guest
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
- Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations for Advanced Practice Esthetics
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
