Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Instruction
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Student Support and Assessment
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students.
- Audit student performance through practical exams, written tests, and assignments.
- Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
- Classroom Management
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
- Professional Development
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and regulations.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional skills.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development.
Qualifications
- Licensure/Education
- A valid Advanced Practice Esthetician Instructor License.
- Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the esthetics field, with a focus on advanced skin care techniques.
- Previous teaching experience in an esthetics program is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of advanced esthetics procedures, including but not limited to chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and skincare analysis.

- Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
- Schedule
- 14-15 hours/week
- Thursday + Friday 7:30AM-4PM (Additional work hours may be available based on staffing requirements/needs)
Work Environment
- This position requires standing for extended periods and performing practical demonstrations.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work at both campuses based on business needs
