About the role

The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and documentation. The APC is an integral part of the patient care team of providers, nurses, and medical assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan in outpatient family medicine
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients according to established protocols and guidelines
  • Document patient encounters accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

  • Completion of appropriate license or certification (PA-C/ARNP)
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (maintenance required)

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited program in PA-C or ARNP
  • Current license to practice as a PA-C or ARNP in the state of Washington
  • Experience in family medicine preferred

Pay

Wage ranges between $136,011-$180,000 with Individual/Team Productivity Incentives, Individual/Team Patient Satisfaction Incentives and Retention bonuses. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
