About the role
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of patients through longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination
- Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including physical assessments and care plan supervision
- Monitor and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatments as needed
- Partner with patients and families to develop and implement care plans
- Consult on hospitalized patients within the panel
- Provide support to staff to ensure effective and efficient department operations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (Masters preferred)
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- National Board Certification
- Active or ability to obtain Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and DEA licensure
- Maintains BLS certification and relevant professional certifications
Qualifications
Preferred: 2+ years of APC experience.
