About the role

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a panel of patients through longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination
  • Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including physical assessments and care plan supervision
  • Monitor and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatments as needed
  • Partner with patients and families to develop and implement care plans
  • Consult on hospitalized patients within the panel
  • Provide support to staff to ensure effective and efficient department operations

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (Masters preferred)
  • Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
  • National Board Certification
  • Active or ability to obtain Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and DEA licensure
  • Maintains BLS certification and relevant professional certifications

Qualifications

Preferred: 2+ years of APC experience.
