About the role
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of patients through clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Oversee care plans, coordinate referrals, and communicate with specialists
- Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatments accordingly
- Partner with patients and families to ensure effective care management
- Provide consultation for hospitalized patients and support staff to optimize departmental effectiveness
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Masters preferred)
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- National Board Certification and current DEA licensure or ability to obtain
- Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration
- Maintains BLS certification; professional certification as appropriate
Preferred: 2+ years of advanced practice clinician experience.

Pay
Range from $109,500 to $164,000, including base pay and bonuses.
