Advanced Practice Clinician

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a dedicated Internal Medicine practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, longitudinal care for a panel of patients, including examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and care plan supervision.
• Manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, adjust treatment regimens, and coordinate with specialists.
• Partner with patients and families to ensure effective care management.
• Offer consultation for hospitalized patients within the panel.
• Provide direction and support to staff to ensure departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Masters preferred).
• Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• National Board Certification.
• Active or ability to obtain Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration and DEA licensure.
• Maintains BLS certification and relevant professional credentials.

Preferred

• 2+ years of APC experience.

Pay

Range from $107,723.20 to $193,315.20, including base pay and bonuses, based on experience and performance.
