About the role

The Advanced Practice Registered Dietitian leads complex nutrition care in specialty settings, developing personalized medical nutrition therapy plans for patients with multifactorial and dynamic health conditions. They conduct comprehensive data analysis, identify factors impacting interventions beyond nutrition, and lead interprofessional teams to implement effective strategies. This role involves expertise in medical equipment, mentoring other health professionals, and acting as a subject matter expert in research and practice standards.

The position involves working closely with families, providers, and home care teams, particularly in pediatric nutrition support such as parenteral nutrition and gastrointestinal conditions.

Requirements
