Responsibilities
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Contribute to Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Specialty certification when required
- Two years of work experience in specialty preferred

$80,000-$95,000
Schedule
Full time: Monday-Friday (will be included in weekend/holiday rotation (ie. every 6th weekend))
