About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time OR Advanced Modality Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in advanced modalities such as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, or Cardiac Catheterization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Perform studies independently, including portable exams, on-call situations, and other site-specific tasks.
- Operate C-Arms, O-Arms, and portable x-ray machines, assisting in intraoperative or emergency procedures.
- Use Radlink and support coverage for portable and emergency x-ray teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
- Preferred experience includes operating C-Arms, Level 1 or 2 trauma, OR procedures, or related imaging specialties.
- Additional certifications such as CPR, IV Therapy, and specific modality licenses are advantageous.
