About the role

As a seasoned leader and subject matter expert in production planning and material requirements tools, you will develop detailed schedules, production plans, capacity plans, and complex bills of material for large programs. You will review work authorization documents, generate material program plans, and coordinate kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule performance, identify critical-path risks, and implement recovery plans for shortages, quality issues, and late engineering changes.
• Apply working knowledge of BOMs, engineering change notices, work orders, and configuration control processes.
• Manage material readiness, including shortages, material lead times, supplier delivery performance, and associated mitigation actions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and ERP/MES systems to support production planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire (U.S. citizenship required).

Pay

Target salary range: USD $91,193.00/Yr. – USD $101,167.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and geographic location.
