Primary Duties
- Designing and providing customized training to meet industry demand
- Assisting with instruction of Advanced Manufacturing Program centered on the installation, inspection, and maintenance of equipment in a typical manufacturing environment
- Instructing students on a day-to-day basis
- Developing lessons plans
- Maintaining student attendance and test records
- Maintaining equipment and inventory of supplies
- Working with the MAMC Industry Advisory Council to maintain industry standards
- Working with local and regional customizers to meet training needs and ensure the latest technologies are available
- Lead in maintaining a safe and clean facility, assuring all safety procedures are followed
- Travel will be required, and the candidate may split time at classroom locations within the service district
Additional Responsibilities
- Assisting with technical services and maintenance of MAMC equipment
- Assisting industrial sector to develop and enhance the regions’ industrial capabilities
- Assisting with job placement and recruiting activities for program participants
- Performing other duties as assigned
