About the role

Execute manufacturing strategies by integrating advanced technologies, automation, and systems into high-precision CNC machine shops to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize machining processes and review design specifications.
  • Lead equipment sourcing, qualification, and new technology deployment.
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation.
  • Collaborate across teams and partner with suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of five years in manufacturing engineering with CNC and automation expertise.
  • Strong metrology and CAD skills.
  • Experience with automation equipment such as robotics and cobots.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required.
