About the role
Execute manufacturing strategies by integrating advanced technologies, automation, and systems into high-precision CNC machine shops to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Optimize machining processes and review design specifications.
- Lead equipment sourcing, qualification, and new technology deployment.
- Manage projects from conception to implementation.
- Collaborate across teams and partner with suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five years in manufacturing engineering with CNC and automation expertise.
- Strong metrology and CAD skills.
- Experience with automation equipment such as robotics and cobots.
- Travel up to 50% may be required.
