View the SENS Product Catalog Summary SENS is looking for a hands-on Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to identify, develop, and implement technologies that fundamentally improve how our products are built and how our factory operates. This role will turn emerging manufacturing technologies into practical, scalable production solutions that improve safety, productivity, quality, material flow, capacity, and operator effectiveness. This is an execution-focused engineering role. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will turn opportunities into working production solutions by developing and testing concepts, building business cases, selecting and managing vendors and integrators, and leading projects through design, implementation, validation, and production handoff. The role will work closely with Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, IT, Quality, Safety, and other functions to advance our manufacturing capabilities through technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced manufacturing projects from concept through production implementation, including requirements development, technical evaluation, proof-of-concept, business case/ROI, vendor selection, design, implementation, validation, and production handoff.
