Job Summary

DENSO is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner at its Athens, TN manufacturing facility. This role supports the business or functional unit, collaborating with various HR disciplines including compensation, benefits, training, and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports business units or functions by addressing customer requests and needs in a timely manner.
  • Works with management and associates to identify and resolve issues, evaluate solutions, and implement changes.
  • Administers and interprets HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Prepares reports by analyzing data and trends to support solution development, program creation, and policy implementation.
  • Anticipates and plans for human resource needs and trends.
  • Keeps informed about other HR functions to respond quickly to customer inquiries.
  • Fosters positive associate relations through coordinating activities and events.
  • Mentors less experienced colleagues and participates in improving function standards and efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • 5+ years experience with a national or global corporation.
  • 5+ years manufacturing experience.

Prior to Employment

  • Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of labor and employment law.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Competent level of experience using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Salary Range

$81,000 - $101,000 annually.
