Role and Position Objectives
As an electrical engineer for GPS / SPACE Mission Programs on a cross-functional team responsible for Acceptance Test of Modules and Systems; Procedure, Hardware Software and Data Review.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Active Secret Preferred, Clearable will suffice.
Qualifications
- Strong Background in RF Test Equipment (Spec An, Sig Gens, etc)
- Understanding of Space Flight Hardware Handling Procedures
- Familiarity with Software used to Automate Test Equipment and Test Data Scapture and Analysis
Skills
- Proficient using electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
- Habitually ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting, and reading circuit card schematics
- Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
- Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
- Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
